World Cup-On-Sea is back and bigger than ever!

On Saturday 17th May 2025 we're hosting a charity football event at the iconic Roots Hall Stadium. 

Businesses have the opportunity to play at Southend United FC and raise money for an incredible cause. 

World Cup-on-Sea has raised a total of over £140,000 for various charities.

What is World Cup-on-Sea?

A 32 team, 7-a-side football tournament played on Southend United's home pitch at the iconic Roots Hall Stadium.

The tournament is open to professional businesses who are able to field an all-male team of between 7 and 13 players.

All funds raised for 2024 went to Great Ormond Street Hospital. Current champions are accountants, UHY London.

We raised over £48,000 in 2024 for Great Ormond Street Hospital
